At Hobibear, we want you to love your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. If your shoes don't fit perfectly, we are here to help you find the right size or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Hobibear packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
